Hi,

Should we drop the ruby-bson-ext package and waiting for the new BSON
implementation.
For the ruby-mongo v1.x can be depended on the ruby-bson-ext.

The licensing for this helpers is definitely more restrictive than I'd
prefer as well, but the good news is we're working to replace that
BSON implementation in the very near future and the code you're
referencing will be going away entirely.

This isn't ready for production use yet, but v2.0.0+ of the
mongo-ruby-driver will be using the new BSON implementation below.
