Although ruby-inline can be required from Ruby2.0 code, trying to
actually use it fails:

$ irb2.0 
>> require 'inline'
=> true
>> Inline
=> Inline
>> Inline.inline :C do;end
RuntimeError: unsupported ruby version: 2.0.0

Compared to:

$ irb1.9.1 
>> require 'inline'
=> true
>> Inline
=> Inline
>> Inline.inline :C do;end
=> true


This renders all packages depending on ruby-inline (that ship tests,
so they actually do work) FTBFS.
