[DRE-maint] Ruby 1.9 Removal leftovers / packages needing work

fellow team members,

for the upcoming ruby1.9.1 removal, it'd be great if the remaining
packages could be fixed:

- subtle
- uwsgi
- zeroc-ice
- obexftp
- root-system
- treil
- sup-mail
- ruby-libvirt
- ruby-patron
- ruby-gherkin
- ruby-gnome2
- ruby-escape-utils
- coquelicot
- ruby-filesystem

Some of these are harder to fix than others; some are actually
pkg-ruby-extras team packages, others need NMUs.

It'd be totally awesome if at least the team packages could be fixed
really soon.
