[DRE-maint] Bug#738330: bundler: Use /etc/ssl/certs for ssl validation

Hi,

Thank you for your bug report and patch.

I'm reluctant to applying this as is in Debian, as I think this
deviates a lot from the upstream behaviour, and might break Debian's
bundler when rubygems.org changes it's certificate (they'll not test
with our changes).

If you could talk upstream into applying this patch, that'd be
great.
