[DRE-maint] Bug#735512: FTBFS: one test failing

Package: ruby-sqlite3
Version: 1.3.8-1
Severity: serious
Tags: upstream
Control: forwarded -1 https://github.com/sparklemotion/sqlite3-ruby/issues/116
Justification: fails to build from source

Hi,

When trying to build the package from source, it fails because of a test
failing.

The result of the tests is this:

-----8<----------------------
# Running:

......................................................................................................................................................................F........................................................S...

Finished in 3.788516s, 59.9179 runs/s, 96.3438 assertions/s.

  1) Failure:
SQLite3::TestStatement#test_insert_duplicate_records [/tmp/buildd/ruby-sqlite3-1.3.8/test/test_statement.rb:33]:
Expected /column(s)? .* (is|are) not unique/ to match "UNIQUE constraint failed: things.name".

-------->8---------------------

This bug is caused apparently by a new version of libsqlite3 (3.8.2), which
changed an error message (with a capitalized UNIQUE word).

See https://github.com/sparklemotion/sqlite3-ruby/issues/116

Cheers,

Cédric
