[DRE-maint] Bug#735571: gem2deb: does not rebuild gemspecs with their respective insterpreter

Package: gem2deb
Version: 0.6.1
Severity: normal

ATM gem2deb will install the same gemspec, generated by the interpreter
that is running gem2deb itself, to
/usr/share/rubygems-integration/$version. These things are supposed to
be backwards compatible, so this is not super urgent, but should
probably be fixed at some point so that each interpreter will get a
gemspec that was created by the rubygems bundled with it.
