[DRE-maint] Bug#733423: ruby-activesupport-3.2 should depend on ruby-minitest

Hi,

As long as port-to-minitest.patch is applied, ruby-activesupport-3.2
should depend on ruby-minitest. Indeed, the minitest version shipped
with the interpreters does not include any minitest.rb file.

Please depend on ruby-minitest or revert that patch
