[DRE-maint] Bug#736575: Usefulness after removal of rails 2.3

Dear Maintainer,

README.rdoc claims that Rails 2.3.2-2.3.4 are supported by this
package. Rails 2.3.x has been removed a while ago.
Is this package useful with Rails 3.2/4.0 or should it be removed as
well?
