[DRE-maint] Bug#768944: Missing gems integration

The ruby-crack as in the debian archives is missing the ruby gems
integration cause e.g. rake to not figure out it's installed as a "gem". A
simple rebuild on my system seems to automagically add the integration, causing
things to be happy again.
