Hi,

your package has
  Depends: ruby-rails-3.2 | ruby-sinatra
but ruby-rails-3.2 is not in jessie and will go away from sid at some
point eventually. Please make ruby-sinatra the default alternative or
completely remove ruby-rails-3.2.
ruby-simple-navigation is hard to install in sid (or if sid sources are
enabled), because the package manager will try the first alternative
first and then fails to resolve the resulting Conflicts tree ...
This causes the piuparts failure in sid.
