[DRE-maint] Bug#771544: it happens when using sudo -u user

in /usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/uuid.rb:189

@state_file = File.expand_path('.ruby-uuid', '~')

this become /root/.ruby-uuid when running sudo -u diaspora as root.
