[DRE-maint] Comments regarding sup-mail_0.19.0-1_amd64.changes

I am accepting the package, but I do have two comments for things that should
be addressed in the next upload:

 - debhelper required verison is 9, but compat is 7.  Presumably you forgot to
   update compat when bumping the version

 - It would be nice to add a license statement to the Debian provided man
   pages so that if someone does reuse them, the license is clear.  For
   Debian's purposes, what's in debian/copyright is sufficient.
