The Build-Depends of ruby-stringex cannot be installed, as ruby-
activerecord-3.2 is obsolete and is uninstallable (see #756460).  The package 
should be updated to rails 4.x.

Note that ruby-stringex is on the Build-Depends chain of gem2deb.
