[DRE-maint] vpim package

Hi all,

I've just been looking at vpim[1] for generating an iCalendar task feed
from DMD[2]

Is anybody interested in helping with the package or upstream?

Amongst other things, some of the unit tests fail in the upstream code
and it may be helpful it may be useful to put it in jessie-backports
after the freeze so the latest version can be installed on ullmann.d.o
