Package: ruby-cssmin
Version: 1.0.3-3
Severity: serious

Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Dear Maintainer,
ruby-cssmin currently FTBFS in unstable because it uses rake without having
a build dependency on it.
In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Build-depend on rake to fix FTBFS.
Thanks for considering the patch.
