[DRE-maint] Bug#788875: ruby-gtk3 package needs dependencies to work

Package: ruby-gtk3
Version: 2.2.0-5

Action: Install ruby-gtk3 package

Expected Result: I should be able to run simple ruby gtk3 applications such
as the examples from http://zetcode.com/gui/rubygtk/

Observed Result: Ruby GTK examples will not run.

Suggested Fix: Add the following dependencies to the ruby-gtk3 package

ruby-atk
ruby-gdk-pixbuf2
ruby-pango
ruby-gdk3
