Package: sup-mail
Version: 0.20.0-1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
I searched in sup via '\' all messages for the paragraph sign '§'.
and got the message:
Problem: Redwood::Index::ParseError!
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Checked xapian query language
<http://xapian.org/docs/queryparser.html>
Tried to escape it '\§'.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Paragraph is not a special item. Escaping does not work.
Regardless, Redwood should not crash.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Normal search for § as a token.
