[DRE-maint] Bug#781220: Include README in diaspora-installer

Please include a README in the diaspora-installer package because there is
a lot of things going in the background and automation will deny the person
who installs the package a chance to know all those tiny details which they
will have to know if they run into a problem with the diaspora pod
