[DRE-maint] Bug#806739: rhc setup freezes after setting server

Dear Maintainer,

Running `rhc setup` prompts for the OpenShift server then outputs: "You can add
more servers later using 'rhc server'." then freezes. This renders the package
completely unusable for new installs.
