[DRE-maint] Bug#820505: creating wikis does not work

1. When creating a new project, and visiting the wiki link, you get 500
error.

2. When forking an existing repository, you get an empty repo

3. When importing from gitlab you get an empty repo.

This is discussed being with upstream
