[DRE-maint] Bug#813600: publicly readable file shouldn't warn at every cron job

Package: feed2imap
Version: 1.2.3-1+deb8u1
Severity: wishlist

I got this in the mail:

W, [2016-02-03T08:00:03.700238 #30673] WARN -- : Configuration file is readable by other users. It probably contains your password.

While I appreciate the advice, the problem is: it does not:

target-refix: &target "maildir:///home/anarcat/Maildir/.feeds."

I write to a maildir! No passwords there. And I actually would like to
share this config files with others on my system. In fact, I think the
config file could simply *not* allow users to put in passwords (those
are typically in .netrc, for example).

At least there should be a way to silence that warning.
