I see no explanation there, only that this has been known
for almost two months…

I’ve retitled it because the title of #806191 is plain wrong
(as ruby-hpricot Depends ruby-fast-xs) and we know more about
the issue now.

That’s because both Adrian and me did manual porter uploads to get
the packages build-depending on this to build. The next binNMU or
sourceful upload which doesn’t fix the bug will exhibit this problem
again.
