[DRE-maint] Bug#829171: ruby-nokogiri: breaks redmine

Hi Antonio,

upgrading to this version doesn't work and throws the following error
message:

The version of redmine is 3.2.3-1 and of ruby-bundler 1.12.5-1.
I downgraded to the previous version 1.6.7.2-3 with

  dpkg -i ruby-nokogiri_1.6.7.2-3_amd64.deb
  dpkg --configure redmine

Should I have waited for some other package to be upgraded?
