unfortunately I have to reject your package.
The license of
 jquery-datatables-rails-3.3.0/app/assets/stylesheets/dataTables/extras/dataTables.tableTools.scss
should be mentioned in your debian/copyright.

Further the metadata of some pictures:
 jquery-datatables-rails-3.3.0/app/assets/images/dataTables/extras/*.png
contain something like:

  Made on a Mac!
  Exclusive for Smashing Magazine!
  Copyright 2009 by Oliver Twardowsk

I am afraid those may not be distributed by Debian.
