revert to the previous version fixed the issue

redmine crashed and showed
/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/active_model/validations.rb:57: syntax error, unexpected ':', expecting kEND class_attribute :_validators, instance_writer: false ^

normal upgrade and no regression :)
