[DRE-maint] Bug#827100: gitlab-shell/bin/check cannot find /usr/share/gitlab-shell/config.yml

investigating this further, it seems that /usr/share/gitlab-shell/config.yml
has been replaced by a symbolic link to /etc/gitlab-shell/config.yml. The
content of /usr/share/gitlab-shell/config.yml has been deleted.

How should I fill my /etc/gitlab-shell/config.yml?

I found this:

http://sources.debian.net/src/gitlab-shell/3.0.0-2/debian/gitlab-shell-config.yml

But if I use that file as /etc/gitlab-shell/config.yml, then I get:
