[DRE-maint] Bug#816659: RM: mdpress -- ROM; dead upstream, broken with new ruby-redcarpet

Dear FTP masters,

Could you please remove mdpress from the archive? It is unmaintained
upstream, and completely broken with the current (and future) version(s)
of ruby-redcarpet. It has no reverse dependencies and low popcon score.
