Justification: cannot work without the correct dependencies

Hi!

Checking the Gemfile and the require statements contained in the files
of this package, I see that some dependencies are missing (and are even
not packaged): ruby-git and ruby-github-api (built from git and
github_api Ruby gems respectively).

Please package these and fix dependencies if you want to keep this
package in the archive.
