[DRE-maint] vagrant-sshfs_1.2.0-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

I didn't see any specific mention to +, later, or only.  The only
specific references I found were the license text itself, and the text
"GPL-2.0" in the gemspec file.  I assumed the default for GPL is "x or
later", but if you think it should be "2 only", I'll change it.
