AFAICT, ruby-fast-xs installs into
/usr/lib/m68k-linux-gnu/ruby/vendor_ruby/2.3.0/, to which
CONFIG["vendorarchdir"] should expand.  Its only extra dependency is
libgmp10, which was installed, at version 2:6.1.2+dfsg-1.
