Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.

  Could not find gem 'nokogiri (~> 1.6.1)', which is required by gem
  'omniauth-cas3 (>= 1.1.2, ~> 1.1)', in any of the sources.[ESC][0m
  dpkg: error processing package gitlab (--configure):
