[DRE-maint] Bug#861722: Example packaging

Howdy,

Lucas requested I post my example packaging to this bug.  There's a couple 
FIXMEs, but everything else should be pretty decent for the support in 
ruby-net-ssh (If you grab the source tarball of that from GH releases, you'll 
get all the tests which pass too.)
