[DRE-maint] Bug#853256: ruby-sidekiq: Switch form twitter-bootstrap to libjs-bootstrap (v2 to v3)

Just want to bump this bug, it would be nice to fix the background jobs page in gitlab.  This is the fix required to do so.

Any chance of getting it added?  Is there something I can do to help, submit a diff with the fix?
