[DRE-maint] Bug#865105: gitlab: leaves stale systemd service symlinks after purge

Hi,

Purging gitlab seems to leave some stale files in /etc/systemd/system.
These are usually removed automatically when dh_systemd is in use by a
small snippet inserted into the postrm file. It looks like this is not
being executed.
