[DRE-maint] Bug#882515: ruby-serverspec: Package should recommend net-tools

Package: ruby-serverspec
Version: 2.37.2-1
Severity: wishlist

serverspec relies on netstat to check wether a service is listening on a specific port.

netstat is part of net-tools, priority optional.
ruby-serverspec should recommend or at least suggest to install that package.

Kind regards
	Christopher
