it seems that ruby-rugged_0.26.0-1 has been uploaded to experimental
over a week ago, but the changelog forgot to close this bug (probably
forgotten).

please close this bug at your convenience.
(for now, i'm not closing this myself due to the "sid"/"buster" tags and
the updated package not yet appearing in any of these)
