With help of Manas Kashyap, I have completed the update, except for this
lintian error.

E: jekyll source: source-is-missing
lib/jekyll/commands/serve/livereload_assets/livereload.js line length is
480 characters (>256)

It needs building livereload.js from its source at
https://github.com/livereload/livereload-js
