[DRE-maint] Bug#892138: gem2deb: doesn't support SHA256/SHA512 checksums

Package: gem2deb
Version: 0.33.1
Severity: important

Commit e0b4c12c in the gem2deb repo fixes this and it should be included
into a new gem2deb version for stretch, as some gems started to use only
SHA256+ and thus fail to get packaged on stretch.
