[DRE-maint] Bug#894272: gitlab: Problem on upgrade from 8.13 - 9.5 - 10.5. Probably local setup problem

This is still using gem installed sidekiq. You have to remove all the
binaries from /usr/local/bin as well.

sudo rm /usr/local/bin/sidekiq

(possibly more gems that installs a command)
