[DRE-maint] Bug#912930: ruby-gnome2: Please offer gtksourceview4 pkg instead of gtksourceview3

3.2.9 upstream introduced gtksourceview4 support.

I see that ruby-gtksourceview3 has no reverse dependencies in Debian
or Ubuntu. Could you please stop offering ruby-gtksourceview3 and
start offering ruby-gtksourceview4?

gtksourceview4 is still gtk3. I expect a future gtk4 version will be
named gtksourceview5.

The Debian GNOME team eventually wants to stop providing
gtksourceview3 in Debian so that we don't have duplicate libraries.
