Hi,

I plan to salvage the package. It currently FTBFS (#867656), has new version (1.1.0-1 -> 3.11.7) and has no upload since 2017-08-22.

I will co-maintain it under pkg-ruby-extras, as a sole Uploader unless someone wants to co-maintain.

Note0: Needed for test-kitchen, see #914955.

Note1: I've request access on salsa in the ruby-team.

Note2: I want to package the following gems next: kitchen-docker, kitchen-salt, and maybe kitchen-inspec.
