[DRE-maint] Bug#908544: compass-bootstrap-sass-plugin depends on ruby-compass which has been removed from testing

Dear Maintainer,

The compass-bootstrap-sass-plugin binary package currently has a runtime
dependency of "ruby-compass | ruby-sass". ruby-compass has an open RC
bug and will likely be removed because it is dead upstream. Please
change the depends to only state "ruby-sass".
