Dear Maintainer,

   Diaspora fails to federate with other diaspora servers a.k.a pods.

   Diaspora needs a configuration file for sidekiq named schedule.yml
   without which federation will not work. This file is supposed to be
   autogenerated by an initializer ruby script called
   sidekiq_scheduled.rb but it is failing to do so because of
   insufficient file system permissions. This could be solved by making
   the directory ${diaspora_home}/config owned by ${diaspora_user}.
