[DRE-maint] Bug#914333: pdfproctools: fails to install (conflict with origami-pdf)

Hi,
the bug is fixed in the current version of NetPerfMeter. I created an
up-to-date package on the mentors.debian.net:
https://mentors.debian.net/package/netperfmeter . It needs a Debian
sponsor for upload.
