[DRE-maint] Bug#920017: ruby2.5: FTBFS on x32: Unsupported RVALUE_SIZE=24, update test_memsize

Hi,

I created patch (attached) and passed corresponding test.

But failed to build with another error:

corrupted size vs. prev_size
