[DRE-maint] recent jekyll uploads are blocked because they are binary packages

Hey Daniel and team,

Thanks for uploading Ruby/Jekyll packages!  I'm working on porting the
f-droid.org site to only use Jekyll+plugins from Debian packages.  Its
pretty close.

I just noticed that a handful of packages are blocked from testing only
because they were a binary upload.  As of bullseye, uploads to
ftp-master must be source packages.
