[DRE-maint] Bug#947770: redmine: wrong version of i18n in Gemfile

Dear Maintainers,

   while trying to update package ruby-i18n (1.5.3-2) I see this
message:

Processing triggers for redmine (4.0.4-2) ...
Could not find gem 'i18n (~> 0.7)' in any of the gem sources listed in your
Gemfile.

Changing the according line in file /usr/share/redmine/Gemfile to

gem "i18n", "~> 1.5"

the update works. Version 4.0.4-3 of redmine also has the wrong version.
Should this be corrected in redmine?
