FWIW I just pushed a more or less working source package to git in the
expected place (ruby-team/gemwatch), building binaries for
ruby-sinatra-contrib and ruby-rack-protection.
the main TODO is making the automated tests run properly during the
build. I installed the binaries locally and did the following tests:
- the debci tests now pass again
- gemwatch seems to work fine.
- also tested a couple of simple apps I have around, and they seem to
work as well.
