Package: gitlab
Version: 11.5.6+dfsg-1
Severity: serious
Installing "gitlab" on "testing" (with enabled "unstable") fails as follows:
~~~~
Setting up gitlab (11.5.6+dfsg-1) ...
Could not find gem 'unicorn (~> 5.1)' in any of the gem sources listed in
your Gemfile.
dpkg: error processing package gitlab (--configure):
installed gitlab package post-installation script subprocess returned error
exit status 1
~~~~
unicorn (5.4.1-1) is already installed.
Version 11.6.0+dfsg-1 from "experimental" fails to install just the same...
This appears to be yet another pathological case of broken/unsatisfiable
dependency...
How did it happen? Why uninstallable GitLab got uploaded yet again?
Gitlab is only available from "unstable" and that's where it is broken most
of the time... :(
