Hi,

The version of vagrant in unstable (2.1.5) doesn't work with virtualbox in 
unstable (6.0.4):

 Vagrant has detected that you have a version of VirtualBox installed
 that is not supported by this version of Vagrant. Please install one of
 the supported versions listed below to use Vagrant:

 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2

There is version 2.2.3 upstream, which claims to work with virtualbox 6.

I tried to update the package, but after updating the patches the build fails 
with a missing dependency:

  /usr/lib/ruby/2.5.0/rubygems/dependency.rb:310:in `to_specs': Could not find
  'vagrant_cloud' (>= 0) among 51 total gem(s) (Gem::MissingSpecError)

Dropping the requirement makes the build pass, but then results in a runtime 
error:

 /usr/lib/ruby/2.5.0/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:59:in `require': 
 cannot load such file -- vagrant_cloud (LoadError)

My (rather non-existent) ruby packaging skills end here, alas :)
